I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought a pair of earrings for my daughter and after only three days of normal wear, they broke. Because of the poor quality, she ended up losing on... See more

Don't buy from this expensive but poor quality US jewellery producer. Their Moon and Star 14k golden chain snapped like paper after a few months of very sensible use. I know and respect my jewellery.... See more

DO NOT BUY PIERCING EARRINGS
I ordered a piercing earring from them for my tragus piercing. I followed their instructions for securing it to the letter. Two-three days laters I realized the earring was no longer in my piercing. Such a waste of money. I wish I had checked here prior to ordering from them.
I also purchased a pair of the teeny…I feel conned
I also purchased a pair of the teeny diamond stud earrings also in January 2021 for my daughter via Net-a-Porter. They also turned an ugly rust colour which made me question what did I exactly buy. I firstly tried to find out from Net-a-Porter (I will leave a separate review on them who I purchased them from). I sent original email 18/7 with my specific question to customer service. I sent another reminder email 21/7 & got a generic response telling me they don’t have access to this information and referred me to their FAQ page. The last email traffic from them was 22/7 informing me that they don’t have any product information and they will pass my feedback to upper management. I didn’t give feedback I asked about the ‘gold’ that is stated on product description. I’ve never in my life had to deal which a company who clearly cannot be transparent with what they are flogging!
Fake Gold
Boyfriend bought me the Teeny Diamond Stud Earrings for Valentine’s Day 2021. It is now July 2021 and my “solid gold” earrings have turned to an ugly rust color. They claim it is 10k solid gold on the website. I have an ACTUAL pair of 10k solid gold earrings that I have been wearing for 2 years straight that have not turned colors AT ALL. Beware they are selling fake gold pieces and they only have 100 days warranty. Considering these microscopic earrings costs so much and turned color, avoid them. My cheap 10k gold earrings from Belk’s look 1000x better 2 years later.
Ring Deteriorated after 2 months
I purchase the eternal baguette diamond band in gold in August 2020 as an engagement ring. My partner and I were in love with the ring when we first received it. However, in a couple of months the majority of the ring became greyed out and the diamonds have disappeared. The ring has completely deteriorated... How embarrassing. Also note that no jewelry is to be wetted/showered in and do not wash your hands in it.... But they don't write that in the jewelry description, it's only in the REFUND section.... Their jewelry is not for everyday wear. They never wrote back to my email sent months ago so I am now writing a review. Horrible customer service and sham of a company. CHEAP.

Incredibly disappointed in the necklaces I ordered. These items are very expensive considering how tiny they are in person. On top of that the necklace is so fragile that they snapped in half after getting twisted together while wearing for a few hours. I literally had these items less than 24 hours before they snapped

Not worth it
I have to say after purchasing (and returning) more than 5 different pieces from Stone and Strand, I would avoid this company. Every purchase I’ve made has been such a letdown. Flimsy pieces, smaller than expected, underwhelming. They are not that affordable either. I get that this is a trendy jewelry company which is why I’ve been sucked in multiple times. I love on trend dainty pieces but literally every time I’ve ordered the pieces don’t look well made. I bought a 10k diamond huggie that was almost 400 dollars which is insane I know. But when I received it, it was so small and so cheap looking. They also charge you to ship items back if it doesn’t workout. There are tons of affordable jewelry prices that aren’t as trendy with marketing but have way better quality and prices I would shop there. Ross simons or even Etsy would be better alternatives.
Poor quality overpriced jewellery, no customer service
Don't buy from this expensive but poor quality US jewellery producer. Their Moon and Star 14k golden chain snapped like paper after a few months of very sensible use. I know and respect my jewellery. Stone & Strand provide no service, support or remedy whatsoever quoting being a small company. I won't be buying any of their products again.
