Simple to book, great communication, timely collection and friendly driver. Overall, very good.

Great communication after booking online with drivers picture, car registration and make. Driver was on time for pick up at airport and again for return trip back from hotel. He was courteous and helpful with luggage. Cost was competitive or better than others looked at for pickup of 8 people.

Excellent trip to airport for our January holiday. Driver was nice and arrived on time and also got us over there in great time too.

Good large cars, punctual and polite drivers. No problem with journey. However, for our return pick up from Glasgow Airport we'd paid for a 'meet and greet'. We did this as we'd travelled over 30 hours with a group that included a 6 year old and an 80 year old so a little hand would have been nice. We received a message from the driver however telling us to meet him at the car park, when I asked about meet and greet he texted back making clear he'd rather not come into the terminal. This was poor customer service in our opinion.

Great communication. The driver had the flight number and I'd a message waiting with clear instructions where to meet in arrival. Top service and driver was a good lad too. Would highly recommend the company. Reliable with clear and concise communication.

Since posting my original review I have had contact from the owner of Stonebank Travel who resolved the issue and also apologised for the lack of follow up. I am very satisfied with the manner in which my dissatisfaction was dealt with and will definitely continue to use Stonebank Travel.

I have used Stonebank Travel previously to transport my elderly parents to and from Glasgow Central train station and they have been extremely good and very efficient. On this occasion my parents train was terminated in Preston and they had no way to get to Glasgow Central. I called the contact number for Stonebank as soon as we realised that they would not make the pick up time. The man who answered the call said he would speak to his manager but no-one ever contacted me and we paid £104 for the return trip for a one way journey.

Initial enquiry was dealt with in a very professional manner, booking process was simple and straight forward, driver information provided ahead of journey. Drivers arrived on time and were excellent.

We paid £108 for a return trip Paisley to David Lloyd West End. My two oldest kids had a Karate assessment. We booked for 12.30pm pick up and 5.00pm pick up. The Karate took longer than expected, and my wife texted the driver to come 30 minutes later. He didn't respond and turned up at initial time. My wife then had to take four kids home in the taxi, and we had to arrange another transport for the two doing Karate. The price was extremely high for that trip, but to not accommodate us on the time, means we won't be using Stonebank again.

Driver contacted me the evening before to confirm pick up time. Arrived early and delivered us to the airport safely, wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Excellent service.

We used Stonebank for the first time recently to go to Edinburgh Airport return. They were easy to deal with, cars and drivers excellent and reliable. We will use the company in the future in preference to parking at the airport.

This group was amazing, went out of their way to help my visit be as smooth as possible, even called my home, to help me book my travels, as they saw I was having difficulties, Brian, the driver was great, on time and very personable.

Despite great delays, due to flight chaos and ineptitude of airports to handle this, my driver was there to drive me home after initial arrival time being delayed by over three hours.
Communication was exactly as promised, from details arriving two hours after booking to driver messaging me before the flight left to check delay times and messaging on arrival back in UK.
Would use again as exemplary service and communication.
