Great company - Alix who assisted me was really kind and helpful, she listened and offered advice where needed, there was no pushing or pressure for certain products. I got my quotes back really quickly and was given the time I needed to choose, once chosen everything was set up super quick and easy. Alix made the process really easy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have received insurance advice from Jules Burgess-Wilson of Stonebridge Protect for several years now. Jules helped set up a corporate life insurance policy (and trust) and a couple of medical insurance policies with different providers. This year I moved to a new company I’d set up and I asked Jules to help me transfer my corporate medical insurance policy from the company I was then with, to my new one. Poor Jules! She didn’t know what lay ahead! These transfers had not been difficult to do in the past, but because of changes to the insurer's systems and processes, Jules found herself working on the transfer for over two weeks, talking to different people at the insurer, exchanging many messages and, of course, having to deal with an increasingly worried client (me) on the phone. I was so grateful to Jules for her patience and persistence in handling this. She managed to make the transfer happen (when I had begun to fear that it might not, which would have resulted in substantially increased premiums and loss of my existing underwriting). I really felt that Jules had my back throughout this process and I was very grateful for her kindness, patience and persistence. What I’ve experienced is not just a really positive result, but also a highly personal and responsive service, something I’ve not had with any other insurance broker.
