AVOID AVOID. I have been working with Italian suppliers for over 16 years. This company is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They deliver items smashed to bits for me this was 3 expensive items. THEIR COURIERS. They stole our professional photos to use for their own marketing purposes. Ignore requests to remove the or at least cover the costs for that stolen work. They took our money for showroom pieces but sold them to another company. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. They refuse to replace broken items when its clearly their couriers that damaged the pieces.
If they were in the UK the Court would have a field day with their behaviour. But since they are in Italy they are impossible to get any redress from them.
My calls are ignored and emails telling me its our fault the items arrived broken or we broke the items ourselves.
Save yourself the heartache and dont by from them.
