Best journals ever
Ive bought these journals for years now and LOVE them. The paper texture is something else. Especially helpful as waterproof. I am surprised by the negative reviews as i have had no issues but they could be true. I currently have no regrets and shall keep ordering.

No customer service
Their products seem great but they appear to have no customer service arrangements at all. E-mails go unanswered and there seems to be no other means of contacting them despite many attempts. I am trying this review in desperation for a response.
