Slechte communicatie en niet nagekomen afspraken

Wij hebben in augustus een bestelling geplaatst voor blauwe steen, met de afspraak dat deze op 26 augustus klaar zou zijn voor afhaling. Helaas bleek bij aankomst dat de bestelling niet klaar was. Na telefonisch contact werd ons beloofd dat de stenen een week later beschikbaar zouden zijn, maar dit gebeurde opnieuw niet.

Tot overmaat van ramp is de leverancier daarna niet meer bereikbaar. Wanneer we proberen te bellen, wordt de gsm telkens afgeduwd. Het gebrek aan communicatie en het niet nakomen van afspraken zijn voor ons reden geweest om de bestelling uiteindelijk te annuleren.

We zijn zeer teleurgesteld in deze onprofessionele aanpak en raden deze leverancier niet aan.
