Edit: I increased the rating from 4 to 5. They were very helpful in assisting me with the damaged package and the communication was much better as well.

Excellent customer service. I recently purchased one of their games from a store and found several components that were damaged. I contacted them providing pictures and I received everything in a few days. Unfortunately there were some issues with the shipping caused by the local postal service that I'm currently trying to solve with their help, but the experience was simply great. 4 stars instead of 5 only because the communication is overly "telegraphic". Stuff like "good morning", "thank you" or "we're sorry" would be nice to hear. Other than that the service is easily accessible and very efficient. Will be happy to buy their games in future.

Excellent customer service, no questions asked replacement parts for my wingspan game. Very impressed

They make great games but don't bother buying from them. They will take your order knowing full well they don't have stock and not even bother to contact you to inform you of a delay. Their UK fulfilment site can't make their mind up what day they shipped stuff and once they do it's sent via an absolute bargain basement courier company which they charge a premium for. Been waiting nearly a month now and still don't have my game.
