Steve has been absolutely fantastic. We needed him to complete a survey very quickly. He took time in going through every point and has been so conscientious in keeping in contact to see how things progressed. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I couldn't rate Steve highly enough after completing a recent survey for us! Not only did Steve accommodate our tight time frame he also delivered a clear and extremely thorough report in two days with recommendations that we have followed up with immediately. The aftercare from Steve has also been great, he went through the report with us, answered any questions and has been on hand to answer any questions that have come up later.
Finally, Steve is polite, friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. We will certainly recommend and we will definitely use Steve in the future! Thanks for all your help Steve!!

Overall disappointed with my experiences with Steve.

Quality of my report was lacking any real substance and missed key things within the house. Also he noted items as an issue that clearly weren't. It felt as if he was simply ticking boxes without offering any real information

Another family member moved at the same time and the quality of the report (of the same criteria) was in every way better and more detailed than the one that I received from Steve

I couldn't recommend using this company as I feel there are better out there who offer better value for money and more pertinent detail

Steve has done 2 surveys for us and both times we had a great experience. Steve is very responsive and keep us updated throughout the process of arranging the survey and sending through the report, and he also had calls with us to run through the report, which was really helpful. We would definitely recommend!

Our original surveyor was unable to do a home buyer report after we had made arrangements so I had to frantically look for another one. I sourced Stone Survey on the internet, probably Google, and after a very brief chat at the office and giving details of what I was after everything was arranged without fuss. The survey was done on a Monday and the report was with us by Thursday of the same week.

The report was most informative and naturally had an impact on our decision making. Stone Survey's turnaround was very quick and the outcome at such short notice made the report all the worthwhile.

Very pleased with the service, survey (full) and final report that I received from Steve, with respect my current purchase of a Tudor aged flat that needed careful attention and knowledge due to the obvious age of the building. I found the report to be thorough, concise and enlightening really, in a number of areas.

Very comprehensive survey. Completed swiftly

Steve was incredibly efficient in arranging the survey and providing us with the report. The survey covered all areas in detail, but at the same time was very comprehensive and easy to understand. I was able to arrange time to speak to Steve on the phone after he'd sent across the survey to clarify any queries I had.
