Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication – Do Not Recommend

I worked with Stone Systems (Juan Lopez), a company that was supposed to help market my business. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

They initially promised that my website, Google Business profile, and related online platforms would be fully set up and operational within one week. However, nearly a month passed with no measurable results. When they finally delivered the website after about a month and a half, it was full of errors. I had to personally review the entire site, identify the problems, and send them a detailed list of corrections. Even after additional time, many of the issues remained unresolved, which made it clear that they lacked the expertise to complete the job properly.

Communication was also very poor. Juan scheduled a Zoom meeting and left me waiting for over 30 minutes—I had to call just to get him to join. Later, when I tried contacting him again, he did not answer. I followed up with a formal email requesting cancellation of my subscription and urgent corrective action, including restoring my original website. I clearly explained that their actions on the Hostinger platform had caused my previous website (mightytouchpro.com) to become inaccessible.

Despite this, I received no response, no support, and no resolution. My website is currently non-functional, which has negatively impacted my business operations.

This service is billed monthly, and I have already been charged for a full month without receiving the promised services. This represents a complete failure to deliver as agreed.

Overall, Stone Systems has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to fulfill their obligations. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.
