I Disliked the fact that I didn't get what I ordered! The package I opened contained completely wrong pearls and I don't know who I should address my complaint to. Can anyone help me to send them back and hopefully get what I really ordered? I was thinking about a neck lace too, but I'm not so sure anymore now...

I ordered several bracelets, and they look nice. However, recently one spontaneously broke on vacation, without touching it. I emailed with Stoney bracelets, and the explanation was that they are designed to wear daily (which I can’t because of work). They could repair it for 7,50 if I still had all the beads. Since I was in the jungle, I don’t have all the beads anymore. I asked if I didn’t have any warranty anymore, since it’s only 1.5 year, but no, they could only offer a 20% discount for a new one. Apparently they expect their bracelets only last for 6 months, as after that you have to pay for repairs. So it looks nice, but low quality compared to the price.

I got the Olympian Set from Stoney Bracelets, and I am super happy with it! Delivery was fast, and the bracelet fits perfectly. It is stylish, classy, and has such a cool vibe.
I had a concern after I received the product, and the owner himself got back to me within a few hours—and the concern was resolved.

Bought bracelets with this company as a anniversary present for my husband. Received them really quickly but unfortunately they where to small. I sent them back and received a replacement. Very nice bracelets but the square blocks with the company logo have very sharp edges and hurt my husbands skin. I e-mailed the owner and asked for a solution, but there was none. So I wanted to return the bracelets just a few days after I received the replacements. The owner responded and said I can´t return them because it´s after the returning policy period of twee weeks. I received the first bracelets almost three weeks ago, but the replacements just a few days ago. So I don´t understand this conclusion. Furthermore, I find it not so customer friendly to uphold this rule if I made it known immediately that the sharp edges of the bracelets hurt his skin. So I now have bracelets that my husband won´t wear. The owner also told me that I had enough time to return them within the first twee weeks. I don´t understand this reasoning. It took some time to receive the bracelets, return them, receive the replacements and e-mail back and forth. I acted really quickly and in my opinion the replacements where a new purchase so I was well within the returning policy.

The bracelets are better than I expected and they look absolutely great.

I really love their bracelets (I've bought 5 so far for my husband). One of them, that we bought 8 months ago, just broke, so that was sad. We didn't see it coming either, it wasn't stretched out at all. However, their repair service looks cheap and good, so we will be trying that soon.

Late delivery : Unfortunately i didn't receive my order on time. Although "next day delivery" is promised on the webpage, that wasn't the case. Products are really good and beautiful though : )

I know that’s a natural product but the pictures are simply misleading; the colors and the brightness of the stones presented on your website do not correspond at all with the real product. I am really very disappointed! I will not buy from this site anymore!
