Totally useless product and stalling when complaining saying it wont work when in a garden with bird feeders and that it doesnt work straight away.

I paid with a particular bank card that I dont use much and several months later Im getting alerts on my banking app to approve netflix and other subscriptions which I dont have or that I pay with main card. This leads me to think they are definitely using payment details fraudulently. Bank are aware but not easily able to trace back to those trying to use my card details. Card replaced now after I froze it.

Don’t touch this product! It’s a scam. It was completely useless and poor quality.

Doesn’t work at all!!! Pigeons are even happy to sit right beside the box, they don’t have any problem with it! It’s a waiste of money. I understand people are willing to pay for anything that could possibly help to keep the pigeons away, but it doesn’t work! Keep your money in your pocket, the only ones that win something with these things, are the ones who sell it…

This is the second review I have written regarding this company.

I requested a refund over 2 months ago as the product didn't work, pigeons nested next to it while I was away in May.

Stop pigeon never processed my refund even after I paid £8.95 postage to return it to France. They were very obstructive and found every excuse not to refund my £63.

I carried out all their instructions, communicated with them constructively via email but didn't get anywhere. I have had to refer this issue to my bank The Halifax, they were excellent and I now have my money refunded (but not my postage) the bank will now deal with them directly on my behalf.

That product is a fraud and absolutely useless. The fonenumber on the Homepage does not exist. Emails to the contact adress are autoforwarded to the dustbin. All the positive experiences on the website are fake!!
Dont waste your money on that CRAP!!

1. This is coming from France. It took several weeks to arrive. I've received shipping faster from China.
2. The instructions say to clear the area of food sources. It would have been good to know this BEFORE I bought the product. The area I need it is where my dogs poop. The pigeons love to tear the poop in millions of rice-sized pieces and sling it around. I can't reasonably keep the area clear of "food" for the birds all the time. If I could, I wouldn't be having this problem or need the device.

I would use a ZERO rating if I could. Do not bother; these devices do not work! Furthermore, the company does not honor their 14-day return policy. After spending 2 months of back-and-forth with customer service, I am giving up and filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I actually think this is a scam. This product seems to have got sponsored by Google and cleary gets prominent exposure. I, like many, bought on strength of advert thinking it was a British company. It clearly isn't. And I hadn't read these reviews unfortunately. And the product is a cheap plastic box that makes an awful, audable and constant sound until the battery runs out. It's excrutiatimg to me, but doesn't bother the pigeons one bit. It's a con. It's a scam. Complained. They came back a couple of times , but now just ignore emails.
