STOPOINT not answering emails or receipt of iPad

Like other more recent low evaluations, STOPOINT received my iPad Pro over a week ago and no response from them. Emails go unanswered. FedEx says it was delivered. #6693. Just tried the phone number listed on the right in TrustPilot and it is no longer in service.

Last year they were great with my iWatch sale, but right now I'm concerned I'll never see my iPad or my money.

Want Payment for iWatch!

They have my iWatch - never sent payment. Does not have a connected phone number and will not reply to emails or facebook. They scammed me! Stopoint Recv'd my iWatch on 5/1/17, I have the FedEx confirmation and still no payment. I want my payment for order # 6026 or send my watch back!

Good process, terrible communication.

I was happy with the shipping and pricing of my item and the overall timing wasn't too bad. It took three weeks for the overall process. My complaint is around communication. It was impossible to talk to anybody. I contacted them through their comment section 3 times and called them multiple times and never heard from anybody.

Never got my money. Sent phone over 3 weeks ago. I've sent multiple e-mails, facebook messages, messages on their site, their phone is disconnected. Do NOT send your product here.

SELLER BEWARE!!

Selling my phone went smoothly, but not my husband's as FedEx lost the package. I have been attempting to reach Stopoint to obtain a Release from them as their company pre-label was used. FedEx will not honor my claim as Stopoint's account was used. No response from Stopoint via email and voice mailbox is full....😡😡😡

Scam!!!! Beware!!!!

it's been more than a week since they received my phone they were supposed to pay me for my phone within 48 hours of receiving the phone they have not done so I've tried repeatedly to contact them there's no answer on the phone and no answer to messages beware this seems like a scam at this point

iPhone delivered 3 weeks ago - still no payment or response from Stopoint

It has been three weeks since my iPhone was delivered to Stopoint. I have not received any notification from them that my phone was received nor have I received payment. Three follow up emails, one online service request and a phone call have gone unanswered. My account is linked to PayPal and Stopoint's policy says that payment is issued within 24 hrs after product is accepted. The status of my order says that payment has been processed - yet I still have no payment in my account. The phone # listed rings and rings until a recording comes on that says "Sorry, the memory is full, please try again later."
My first experience with Stopoint was outstanding so I am surprised at the lack of response regarding this order.

Smooth transaction
