We recently used 1st Self Access Storage to see us through a house move. Excellent storage facility, very clean, easy to use, good size trolleys to use, good location. Padlock supplied at no extra charge. Mark and Matt were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use again and I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for self storage in and around Salisbury.

Superb storage facility
Great facility, immaculate, clean with lift and trolleys available to move your belongings. Plenty of parking and easy access with lifts etc.
Staff are really helpful.
Highly recommend and would use again.

A great storage facility.
I had a unit in Salisbury for a few years and was always delighted with it. The staff, particularly Mark, were friendly and helpful. Good location. Easy to park. Open long hours. Plenty of trollies. Always clean. Overall a great facility.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Mark and Matt are wonderful and very friendly and helpful.
The storage units are brilliant.
I used their service since May 2019 until last September 2021, I moved four different units with different sizes and both, Mark and Matt, were extremely helpful and accomodating to my needs.
Also, I checked over 50% of the storage places in Salisbury and found out that this one was the cheapest one, which for me was very important too.
If I ever need a storage again - I would not hesitate to contact Mark and Matt, as I know that all my belongings are in a safe place and with good people.
I recommend first self access storage castle Gate Business Park Salisbury to everyone who needs additional space to keep their stuff.

I have been renting a storage unit at the Marston Green site for many years and must say I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Marcus, Richard and the team are superb. The site is kept spotless, and they cannot do enough for you.

Perfect storage solution.
I had a 100sq ft storage locker as an overflow for when we were having to move house by ourselves.
It was the perfect solution. The staff were very helpful. The facility is clean, spacious, well equipped and very secure. It was also excellent value.

1st class service
At a time when we were under huge stress moving house, these guys were so helpful and cheerful. Our removal company let us down, our truck hire company let us down - luckily our van hire co were very good. Mark and his team found space for us at very short notice, and made us feel welcome. The facilities are first rate and excellent value. We are not planning to move again anytime soon, but we would definitely use 1st Self Access Storage again. Very happy to recommend these guys.

Perfect long or short term storage
Gave great advice of size of unit required and made the process quick and easy. Easy accessible and always felt very safe and secure. I very rarely went to the unit due to storing house furniture but always knew it was safe and there wasn’t going to be any issues.
Would definitely recommend if looking for long or short term storage. Staff always polite and courteous when required.
