Indeed I have been using the for almost a couple of years now based on what I have experienced is that the management and stuff are always conduct themselves in very professional manners therefore I do the company a thumps up.

Your prices are to high but for the amount of time i have left for the need of storage i can’t be bothered to move. Also everyone does something different when it comes to payment over the phone.

I have had a great experience using Storage For Your Life. Customer service and support has been wonderful. The staff are very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Long term client excellent accessibility, easy access, secure and great staff the only thing is as a long term client I keep getting rental increases which is like a penalty for keeping my locker you think with time the monthly rate would decrease the longer you have been a client. Since I first rented here my monthly rent has increased 160% of the original amount.

I like the idea of heated building, well lit, convenient and dry. I haven’t seen any evidence of rats. It costs a little more than some of the other storage facilities but to me it’s worth it. Big problem is no bathrooms except one in the main office but if the office isn’t open, good luck.

So far impressed with space but frustrating how early you close gate. We usually can only get up later in day and every time security is locking up 15 minutes before closing time.
We like the idea of a gate with code and we can go in storage when needed.

Stored my stuff for 4 months and didn’t worry about a thing! Cheap and easy ! Just the way I like it !

The office staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and so far to date, always in really good moods. They make customer service look easy and enjoyable.
My only complaint is that I don’t always get my bill because of server delays. But when you call and ask, the staff is always happy to help.

The facility is in a convenient location for me and is clean, but I have had issues with security that have not yet been resolved.

Money grabbers. Began renting a unit for $65, 2 years later...$102.

Good secure facility. Staff have always been friendly. Our only concern is the cost as, although one should expect reasonable increases in the monthly rate, our rate for the same locker has increased thirty seven percent over the past 3 1/2 years. Thank you.

The actual storage unit is fine. It serves its purpose. The big issue is the cost. I am paying $150 a month more than when I first got the unit. I realize things get more expensive over time but it is way too expensive for a little but of space. The staff has been alright at best. They cut the lock off my unit to check for a possible oil spill and I had to replace the lock at my expense. I dont think that was right but it is what it is
