Excellent experience storing household effects when selling house. Premises were clean and efficiently run with good access. Now that I have moved I no longer require the storage but would not hesitate to use Storage King Henderson again.

Secure storage facility.
With moving into Waitakere Gardens, 3 years ago, we had furniture and personal goods that we didn't know whether to keep or get rid of. Having the facility just across the road, gave us time to make this decision. Also loved that we could access our storage unit 24/7 if needed.
The experience we had was awesome, clean, secure facilities, loved that we had our own "Alarm" system and the staff were always very helpful and professional with whatever question was asked.
When we vacated the unit a few days ago, (January 2024) this procedure was seamless, thank you.
Would recommend Storage King to my friends and family.

Everything was great, the only issue I had was where my storage was, I was unable to drive right up to my storage, which would have made things a while lot easier removing my property.
I also got a refund as I was ahead in payment, something I didn't know, just in time for Xmas.

Nearly 12 years with Storage King
I had been a customer at Storage king Henderson since March 2012(almost 12 years).
Great customer service. The admin lady(sorry forgot her name.....maybe Lana?) was so helpful and nice in the way of transitioning my account from open to close. The process was so easy and smooth. She took care of everything and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
The storing process at Henderson was smooth and efficient without any hiccups.
Only negative I would say would be that the price of rental was on the high side.

Staff were friendly and very helpful when I missplaced my security login and unit number and when I needed for a moving company to access my lockup they were able to assist with getting the padlock cut for me.

Friendly staff very obliging offering the use of their 2 ton diesel truck when u move in. The big benefit of this branch
is it’s all under cover away from the weather. The manager has a sense of humour and that I found amusing.
Recommend this place is the best in the west.
