Very good customer service.
I went in to help a friend with their unit, and decided to get one for myself, as they had a special deal going. The staff member was very helpful and friendly, and the whole thing was very smooth.
Access to the place is very secure, and straightforward.
I have already almost filled the unit, though. 🙂

Stop charging one-off admin set-up fee!
The upfront information and onboarding was all excellent. However, I have an objection to being charged a one-off Prep/Admin fee, isn't that the cost of doing business?! We were lucky when we loaded our storage unit that no one else was doing so at the same time - one lift to service a lot of units in the block, and the lift is very slow and small. The storage facility is dry, clean and security is good. Apart from initial teething problems, we are happy.
