Signing up took ages.
Took ages & ages to sign up using the new system. Because it took ages, I needed a seat, but no seats for customers, who have been on their feet & on the go for along time.
Very hot up in the storage units, no air conditioning. Hope my stuff doesnt melt or spoil due to the heat up there. Its stiffling and not pleasant to work in that.

My experience with Storage King Albany
My daughter organised my storage for me and she said the staff were so helpful. I went in to meet them and pay the first months payment and found them to be most helpful too. It has been a very stressful time for me and they put me at ease.

The staff were courteous and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in what we needed and advised us accordingly.
The facilities looked well looked after. Recent improvements (new lift) suggest the company is keeping up with modernisation and quality.
