It has been an absolute life saver with regards to being able to have the help and assistance available to my family and I at such a stressful time in our lives. The customer service was great from the initial person on the phone to the office assistants in person on arrival. All very helpful and professional. The only thing I would have loved, would be if I was able to have accessability into my unit 24/7 due to my work hours. Other than that, I must also take this opportunity to say that the lovely young lady who usually works on the Saturday, has extroadinary customer service. Always willing to go the extra mile in helping people and always doing it with a cheerful, friendly manner.

Very satisfied. I have always used st lukes storage king for the storage. The staff is very helpful and guide you out to choose a storage. Price are reasonable and most importantly the site is safe and will all the facilities.

The staff made it all very easy. Website needs work to enable getting prices without having to first submit personal information. But once through that barrier to doing business, the staff made the sale.

Booking over the phone with St Luke’s was extremely easy and the agent was very polite, friendly, patient and helpful plus informative.
When I needed to transfer my unit to New Lynn it was was simply and the process was made so smooth and the customer service agent over the phone was fantastic! A star!
