I have had some problems with storing stuff for someone else. This is in no way the fault of Storage King, instead the staff have gone out of their way to be helpful and I am very grateful for their help. This is not the first time I have used Strorage King and they have always been more than helpful.

Quoted Price v Actual Price
My main issue is what was quoted on the phone for the price is not what was invoiced.
Both the deal offering as well as the additional non-notified costs.
The staff member was not empowered to honour his word but had to blame the system. This is not a great customer experience and left me thinking twice about using storage king again in the future. Other elements were prompt and efficient, smooth. But this left a bad taste in the mouth.

Not a secure storage facility
We were advised by the Management of this facility of all the security protocols in place to keep our belongings safely secured onsite -in our opinion not one of them were followed which resulted in the devastating theft of the contents of our locker. Also they have failed to update us on their investigations and have made no effort as far as we are aware to remedy the obvious flaws in their procedures/processes. We would not recommend using this particular location facility to anyone.

Incidents like this are extraordinary and we very much regret the inconvenience caused. It is now an NZ police matter and we treat it very seriously.
