Twice now stuff ups on your end with processing my payment. Twice I had to make time to fix YOUR stuff up after getting the "you haven't paid" email. Yesterday's experience of being cut off when phoning in, ringing out and then being spoken to about a new unit just does my head in. I pay for space that's all, it isn't rocket science and yet it seems too complicated for you.

Professional and courteous
Brad was professional throughout our massive 2 shed storage period. Brad problem solved issues and was courteous at all times. All aspects of the storage and the facility features were detailed clearly.
My wife and I highly recommend Storage Kings at Acacia Ridge for the next storage.

STORAGE MADE EASY
With the staff being so helpful our experience was without stress and flawless. Everything was explained effectively and the use of the facility is easy. I feel our belongings are safely secure at Storage King. Would highly recommend if looking for that extra space.

Find Somewhere Else Foe Storage!
Was told I would be okay with a unit on the 1st floor as they had a lift only to find out you are not allowed to ride into the lift.
Believe I was deliberately mislead so as to force me to pay extra for a ground floor unit.
Not enough staff on at the weekends.
Also witnessed on next visit after the person running the office was informed there was a vagrant man in one of the sheds that he did absolutely nothing and was not rushing away to see the person was removed from the premises.
So right now compared to how this facility was being run four years ago and how it is now will not be continuing with unit after Christmas this year.
If still need a unit in Dec will find somewhere else to go where management and security is taken seriously.
As I always say if you don't want my honest opinion DONT ASK!
