Was pretty painless to setup - friendly staff member
But due to family tragedy 3 days after sign up - did not use, not even a lock on door - but not even an offer of part refund since it was within a week of signing up

Excellent customer service from Tony when enquiring about a storage unit. He made the process easy and simple taking note of my requirements. Unexpectedly, I also required an additional storage unit which he was able to assist me with promptly. Moving can be very stressful and Tony was empathetic to my situation and I am grateful for his assistance. Well done, I highly recommend Storage King.

MY TREASURES IN A BOX IN STORAGE KING
Pretty new to Storage King and only in my second month coming up. My experience when arranging the storage unit was met with professionalism, friendly and very accommodating. Having not seen the storage units and only did so on the day that I arranged to pack my stuff I must say I was very impressed at how clean everything was and that for me is a big plus..... So far would have no hesitations to recommend Storage King Bassendean to others.
