Storage King Belconnen has great staff that were willing to answer all my questions - however trivial and were most helpful in assisting me at all times. The unit I have is one of the newer ones which has a raised floor and I think this is a good feature to have in case of rain getting in. Excellent service overall.

Service is first class all the way through initial inquiries through to explaining the set up and payment to moving stuff in and and further follow up questions. Always helpful and understanding,never had a issue in 5 or do years

We received a great deal (the second month's free storage), we had complimentary use of the Storage King truck for a day, Mahmoud and Callum have been really helpful and friendly, and we love the storage garage. It's easy to come and go as we please (time limits apply) and the whole experience has been the most stress-free part about moving home :-)

We had to store over half of our house’s contents, which was a mammoth task, and Callum, the Belconnen Store Manager, went above and beyond on the two occasions I went into the store (we needed a second storage unit) to make the experience as smooth and as straightforward as possible. He was professional, polite and very helpful. Thank you for all of your assistance, Callum!

The staff are friendly. I appreciated the loan of the Storgage King truck for the day.

The office staff were very helpful especially when I requested assistance to locate my lockup (I was extremely tired from moving things and accidentally mixed up the number of my garage).

Both the facility and the staff are excellent! I've used storage units in several cities during my lifetime as I moved locations, and this is the best one yet! The manager Callum Mastello and his staff helped me decide on size of unit and insurance needs, offered some early discounts, advised on payment methods, etc, and always made me feel welcome.

Great service from entering the door to leaving.
I didn’t give 5 stars as I think the driveways could be cleaned and swept on a more regular basis.

Storage King try to sell you unneccasary insurance... Standard Home and Contents Insurance covers any items in external storage. It is not necessary to purchase Storage King insurance to customers who have existing home and contents insurance.

These facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.
