It is a great place good staff but would be alot better if u can access ur storage later than 8pm being a truck driver sometimes i do not get back in my area until 10/11pm at night!

The process of getting a storage unit was easy to follow and understand. Their storage units were clean and they also provide trolleys to load and offload items into the unit. If I ever forgot something or needed help with anything the North Geelong team would always help me. I didn't have a lock for the unit but fortunately I was able to buy a lock from their shop for a good price. Once I was finished with storage unit I was offered a moving truck that was cheap for hire, it was simple to drive and inside the truck was a blanket and two trolleys to help with the move. I had such a positive experience and I would happily recommend the North Geelong Storage King to friends and family.

Very helpful staff at Storage King in North Geelong. I have only used them for a month or so, but the experience has been great. When packing, I recommend buying their boxes. Very sturdy and not expensive.

Storage King in North Geelong has been a wonderful experience. Kathy - the store manager, is really approachable, informative and genuinely honest, warm and sincere in ensuring that your storage needs will be well managed - great security, the premises is really clean, friendly team and a small moving truck is available, free of charge. I would highly recommend the North Geelong facility. Although we live closer to the Grovedale facility - I would steer clear of that location. The Manager there, was standoffish, quoted a much higher fee for the same size space that I was quoted by the North Geelong facility.

The staff at Storage King were incredibally helpfull. We live interstate, so they organised everything for us down south, in lock down conditions, with a minimum of fuss. We would highly recommend them as they are very efficient and courteous.
