Very easy to sign up and they showed me around with clear instructions on the 24hr access. Easy to access the storage bay whenever we need with trollies available to move our boxes. Happy to recommend Storage King, Brown's Plains.

Friendly team and great service
Friendly team and great service. Managed to get a unit on same day I required it. Some of my boxes did get wet due to some heavy rain but I didn't bring this up on move out as I didn't take out the insurance option. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service
I went into the office to organise a storage space with 2 young tired children, the manager was extremely helpful, patient, efficient and went above and beyond.
Made the whole process easy and stress free.
I would like to give a 5 star rating but I have given 4 as the prices seem to have increased from when I had family recommend the facility and what they were paying for storage.
Demand seems to have increased so I guess that’s understandable but still 😏💸
