Great customer service
Great customer service, all staff very friendly only gripe would be is I asked for the same size storage I had used previously but got a much smaller unit so need to contact them to make sure I’m not paying the price for unit I requested

2nd time for me, will use again.
It is so easy to have the removalist pick up and drop off directly to storage. Staff are always helpful, efficient and professional in clarifying rules and expectations. My only concern on the day of offloading at Storage King was truck could not get close to my prebooked unit due to so many vehicles blocking access.There was some time delay in finding and allocating another unit however staff handled the matter as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.

Wonderful & Efficient Service - Service with a Smile!
From our very first online enquiry, Nikki & Sandy were just wonderful to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble especially when I had no idea how much storage I needed. I was also happy with their half-price deal and free insurance. The unit was clean, secure and accessible anytime I needed - it was just so easy. I would not hesitate to recommend Storage King - Cleveland!

I was so happy i didn't have to do anything just show peter my moving man what was to go and go to the office and sign the paper work and pay for the moving so easy i just sat back and watched. The moving men were great i would use them again.thanks Storage King for making so easy.

Great storage space and facilities
Great storage space and facilities. Especially the lift and trolleys.
Wasn’t aware of the fumigation cost and that I needed to buy a lock but received great service.
