I visited your Cleveland branch back in…
I visited your Cleveland branch back in April to book a 6 x 3 mtr storage unit and was told that nothing was available but the young lady, Kaitlyn said she would call me when a unit became available. As promised she called me some 3 weeks later saying she had a unit available and the whole experience has been so polite and professional. We’re always ready to criticise when someone doesn’t do the right thing but slow the complement when they do. I consider her to be a very conscientious, pleasant member of your staff.

Fantastic customer service...
Fantastic customer service from start to finish, Kings are not the cheapest in town but pricing is reasonable, site is clean and the location was perfect for my relocation. The site was easy to access for all vehicle sizes, internal roads fit two vehicles wide. I used utes and trucks to access the full sized garage at the rear of the larger Cleveland sites (two separate sites in the same street). Pin code access to gates with cameras too, so security is great. I'm more than happy to recommend Kings Storage at Cleveland to others!
