Poor customer service
Poor customer service. You never respond to emails! useless for people who work remotely and can't get out of work in normal business hours to call the branch.

Good facility
Good facility, and management. Lie the 50% off first 2 mths.
On the bad side the paperwork needed to be done was time consuming and I didn't know about admin fee. The paperwork would be better if was able to complete at home before storing my furniture
