The reason I’ve given such s high score…
The reason I’ve given such s high score is totally due to Ali who is the staff member I dealt with at Delacombe . My whole experience was handled so professionally . Nothing was to much effort . Originally I had called explaining I was going to Hamilton to pick up a caravan . Ali then got the paperwork going as to save myself time on returning late in the afternoon with the van . I ended up not getting that van and rang back cancelling the storage site . Ali was again do polite and helpful . Everything was kept on computer for when I found a van . As it was I then a direct number to the Delacombe office to make contact easier . As it ended up I then went to feeling and found a van . I contacted Delacombe and brought my van around and organised the site . The whole experience was so friendly personable and professional . All businesses should have staff such as Ali behind the desk . The way I was treated from the first phone call was the whole reason why I went ahead with the site . Also the reason I’ll highly recommend storage king in Delacombe . Thanks for the text
