All 3 staff,(Chris, Bindi & John) have been helpful & friendly.
They seem to care about their job and know the ropes. I have been given suitable answers to all my questions. John took me to preview sheds before signing up. He explained it all.
I’m pleased that I haven’t had any problems with the Lift and it is always well lit up and clean.

The manager, Chris was great to deal with. My partner and I organised storage due to uncertainty of a living situation in the area. We paid for a month however we found a house quicker than we had expected and vacated the storage unit after only a few days. Chris went out of his way to compensate us for our short time in the unit. Very much appreciated and a seamless experience all together.
