Good people at storage king.very helpful.I like no key entry.just my phone.

From the moment I walked into the Epping facility I felt very welcome, I had my mother and my unwell daughter with me also, my mother has mobility issues and straight away was offered a chair to sit on. Whilst I was talking to the manager about getting storage, the other staff member saw my daughter was sooky and entertained her, walked her around and played giving my mother a rest. I had been to another facility before going here and in there we were ignored at the start and no chairs that my mother could sit on, we felt like we were an inconvenience at this other place. So glad I went to Epping storage king, not only were they extremely welcoming and professional they were cheaper for a bigger unit. Would recommend Epping to anyone needing storage. Thank you for being amazing team.

Access times were great, customer service, were kind knowledgeable and helpful. it was clean and safe.

The app glitches near lock out and there is no emergency exit.
It is fairly annoying to constantly have to use the app whilst getting items from the car and lift. Other storage places do this better

Honestly, from start to finish Storage King in Epping were phenomenal. The customer service was top notch, the facility is user friendly, pristine and safe, the app works and isn't glitchy. Further, I wasn't sure what sized space I would need and ended up with needing a smaller unit, which the staff unprompted suggested and found within minutes. They credited the additional amount I'd paid for the first month and everything was just seamless, simple, professional and a breeze. Would absolutely recommend using them!!!

Tyler and his Staff made me feel comfortable and confident Storing at the Technically innovative Epping Facility. No question was dismissed and all information was thorough.

No access after 9pm
No emergency contact after 9pm
There is a sign board which says contact Manager on landline, but upon dialing the auto record asks to buy storage, buy boxes etc, which is totally irrelevant. You may as well remove that sign board, if there is no use of it.

It’s a self storage, should be accessible 24/7.

We had to call 000 to seek assistance and get us out of the property, very un-professional.
I’d never recommend this any of my friends.

Easy going staff. Clean place. But a suggestion you need a water fountain

The facility was easy to use and clean. The staff were super helpful. Great features and good security.

Very clean premises,staff were very helpful and the security and access very efficient. Also had a great range of products available to help with the packing should it be required.

Storage units are good, modern and clean facilities. Staff very good, and the app is good.

Facility manager was very thorough, explained himself and Storage Kings systems well.

Unit was an upper floor and got a very good price as well. Pleasant transaction.
