Excellent service.

From the start, they were very responsive and solved all our problems in record time.

Highly recommended.

They locked me out of accessing the site with out informing me. They also just a ridiculous cleaning fee. Your basically paying for cleaning before you even use the storage

Staff at fyshwick made it easy to understand, very friendly and guided us through the whole process. Storage area is ideal, exactly what we needed.

Great assistance from our initial enquiry to our booking with a good price to our eventually storing our furniture etc. Couldn't have been more helpful.

I knew nothing about the storage industry and found everyone I spoke to at Storage King to be clear and helpful, from my initial phone enquiry to my visit to the complex in Fyshwick. The customer service was excellent, staff explaining key aspects of the contract and following up to ensure all was in place for the arrival of our goods.

Recently my wife and I had to vacate storage from Fyshwick. I spoke with Sandi on Friday to coordinate a removal van and we move our effects on the Sunday. He was extremely helpful with assisting with the truck when we had difficulty with the lift mechanism. When I attempted to return the truck I had a warning on the dash. When I spoke with Sandi he gave clear instructions and requested visuals of what was occurring on the dash. I ended up googling further information from what Sandi had advised and managed to reset the issue via the dash controls. When I returned the truck Sandi explained that the issue was probably related to the vehicle being diesel. Our experience with Sandi from start to finish was pleasant and informative. We will be returning to Storage King in the future if / when we need future storage. I would recommend Storage King to others as a result of our recent experiences.
