We dealt with Angie at Goulburn Storage King Goulburn. She came into the office for us on Sunday as due to unforseen circumstances, that is the only day we could travel. She was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful - AWESOME!!! 10 out of 10 Angie!!! Thank you so much.

Completely screwed me over do not use them
Completely screwed me over I gave my 2weeks notice to vacate and removed my items before the next invoice should have been due, but was forced to pay another months rent before they would allow me to remove my belongings. Do not use these guys!!

I am so incredibly impressed with this company...from the very beginning, when we made a preliminary unit booking whilst waiting for our shipment from South Africa, Storage King Goulburn were helpful, accomodating and friendly. When there were delays, we just kept in touch. Nothing was too much.
On the day, Angie, was fantastic even when we changed our mind for a bigger unit. We have dealt with moving & storage companies many many times and I can unreservedly say that Storage King is the best ever! Thank you for making life a bit easier.
