Great staff, great premises, great convenience, brilliant trolleys
Staff are incredibly friendly and provide SO much information, that it appears that your questions have been answered before they even been asked. The premises are clean and looked to be very well maintained. The trolleys actually go in a straight line and re far superior to those found at supermarkets! Overall the experience has been fantastic. We have been back and forth to our unit several times already, so the convenience of access is a terrific plus. The ease in getting our stuff from the car onto the trolleys, into the lift and then to our unit is brilliant and great for protecting bad backs like mine.

If the toilets were open 24/7 then I would give it a 5. Because there's nothing worse than bouncing around in the storage room busting to go to the toilet and there are no toilets in the service area next door either. Can't say I was too happy about nearly wetting myself.
