I had been put off getting storage because I was warned about high costs. Kerrie not only gave me a great price she also gave fantastic customer service to resolve my storage needs. What has surprised me has been the ongoing service!

We’ve just started storing our belongings at Storage King Jindalee. The facility is new, clean and very easy to move around in with cars and trucks. The best so far has been the outstanding customer service from this team. They are welcoming, accommodating, friendly and very helpful both over the phone and in person. They make the overall process a pleasure to work through!

Great service. Answered all our questions, as this is the first time for us, using storage. Clean, new, system works well, after hours access, lifts are super big to get furniture and boxes up, secure, safe. The process of selling our home and moving the furniture in was hassle free whilst we wait to go into our unit when the tenants leave.

Really happy with the facility and service we have received from Storage King. The staff are so lovely and easy to deal with also. Highly recommend :)

Very helpful staff and the facility perfect

We have begun storing furniture and other possessions with Kings at Jindalee which is a relatively new facility.
Firstly the staff have been outstanding in their efforts to find our needs and then to meet them.
This has included introductory offers and explaining the features and benefits of storing in their facility.
We are currently living about 1 kilometre from the store and have our home on the market.
At the same time we have put a deposit on a new unit in a Wesley Mission Retirement less than a kilometre from that location.
We have been able to split storage between three rooms so that we have a long term one for items such bikes, camping gear etc, a second for the items that will go into our new unit such as furniture clothes etc and a temporary third room for furniture and other goods that we are selling on Gum Tree.
We have also purchased boxes and tapes and have visited the rooms in hours and after hours on Sunday and found everything clean and secure. Our codes and locks made entry and exit simply.
We certainly hope to be in our new unit ASAP which will mean we are back to one room but in the meantime we will be making the most of the facilities
