Not only did he give me the best customer service I have experienced in some time, he was knowledgeable on all things storage including the size of the unit we would need. Storage King Kambah were responsive and quick to get back to me for every question. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We only recently had contact with Storage King and no complaints. The staff were courteous and helpful. We were shown our options of size of storage which is much better than trying to imagine what size each looks like. We were able to put a holding deposit on a unit and when the date came and we visited we were given details/entry codes etc. We now have items in our unit.

When the time came to manage my surplus belongings, destined for donation or disposal, I inquired about utilising their truck services. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer complimentary truck hire for customers. Notably, despite the unavailability of their van, they efficiently arranged for me to use a van from their East Fyshwick location.

This level of flexibility and customer care was truly commendable. I extend my gratitude to Adam, Josh, and the entire team. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Storage King at Kambah for their outstanding service and professionalism.

I was given a tour of the facility and shown storage shed options. Then the paperwork to formalise my arrangement was quite efficient and I was also able to buy storage boxes.
