In a world where I am met by robotic…
In a world where I am met by robotic shallowness and empty words the staff member at Lane Cove, Peter, was at the end of his day yet could not have been more kind and decent to me.
He noted the time would not allow me to unload after signing up but with his natural kindness offered to stay back to let me do so.
He clearly felt he had an interest in treating people as he himself would hope to be treated and I certainly hope he is.
It seemed to me to be a personal pride in the business that I was certain it was his and he was currying goodwill for his own gain.
Not so I found out the next day.
I had had a terrible few days and had been let down by several businesses. Everything changed when I found how well the facility was run and maintained unlike another place I had used previously.
To find Peter's thoughtful demeanour and a good store strengthened me greatly.

We had a wonderful experience. From the first time we enquired about a storage space to completing our move. We were provide with a courtesy truck at no extra cost. The truck arrived on time. The storage area was clean and clutter free. Peter, Joanne and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. I’ve used other storage services, none hold a candle to the customer service and pricing I received. I would highly recommend Storage King Lane Cove.

The staff have been very helpful. Happy to show me multiple storage units to ensure I was happy with the size and shape I chose.
The facility is clean and has multiple sizes and shapes of trolleys to help make moving in easier.
The use of the truck to move in is also a great bonus.
I still have to move all my things in, however so far so good.
