Honestly I think it was the timing of services needed.

Even when another client used the my storage unit, Mitch and the fellas sorted it then and there.
Follow ups were solid, transparent in fees and services rendered. More than happy to answer questions.

More good and minor bad things
After closing hour service...Quick service..Easy to remember code. Well lit up ally ways..very clean surroundings..
Suggestions
1. When one customer l
vacates, a blower clean will remove dust.
2. The shackle of the number lock purchased from SK is hard to push into the rusty latch. While struggling to push, the lock gets locked automatically and a 3 second job turns 3 minutes. Please oil the latch.
