Great deal, great service, nice people

The office staff is great very helpful tried to accommodate my requests. Would have given 5 stars only if possibly you look at long term price reduction. And the trolleys were no where to be found on my 2 Nd visit. Had to hunt for them. But all fine part from that

Im very pleased with using Storage Kings facilities l find the access is great and also you feel safe even on your own its just an awesome set up

We found the staff very helpful. Our goods that we had to store fitted into the unit that they had advised us to use was the correct size and the cost was not to high.

The girls were fantastic and very organized.

Didn't stick to weekly agreement and debited the whole monthly rate
Went back into store to sort it out manager gave me some cash back but also she said she was going to terminate me which I find I'd unfairly done so so I am making g a complaint to to the head office of Storage king to address this matter and know my rights

Staff are great ! Very helpful and kind.
As far as the storage goes the price is steep as alot of people are struggling when having to put house holds in storage, it makes you try and get it out asap if not so expensive I'd leave my stuff in there for as long as I could.

I was not happy with the way your Bellevue (Midland) office lady slugged us by charging double for the cleaning fee.
May I explain:
I organised the storage unit on behalf of my brother who was in Melbourne at the time, and was charged the usual fees-all OK. However when my brother turned up,we decided to transfer the unit into his name. I was surprised that he had to pay $23 for the exercise. The unit was to be rented for just one month only. I queried the lady re the double cleaning fee, however she replied that it was standard practice. It is simply unfair to be charged double when the contents of the unit remain the same, just the name of the occupier being changed. I believe my brother should receive a refund.
I would appreciate your consideration of this matter. This may seem a trifling matter, however it leaves a sour taste, in that one feels being taken advantage of, and would cause one to consider other competitors for future storage needs.

Great service, ladies at Midland store are most helpfull and go the extra mile to make sure i was able to access our storage room after hours if needed. Highly recommend them on their professionalism and timely manner in getting our storage room organised.
Will use them again for sure and recommend them to friends.
