The friendly staff showed me some units that were available and offered to put one on hold for a week.
I wasn't able to show up for payment on the day I was expected to come in due to other commitments, I made contact and they kept the unit on held for another whole week until I was free to come in and make payment.
Very smooth signup process and exceptional security.

Friendly and helpful staff and coffee break room which is handy. Facilities are clean and tidy with space to move gear in and out. Professionally run and will use again.

I found the staff to be easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the storage facility and very helpful, also assisting with a forklift when needed.
A bit of confusion with getting the correct receipt, but otherwise all to easy.

From the initial enquiry to the move in, the team at Storage King were nothing short of amazing. Yousif is fantastic to deal with and even though he was busy, always made time to respond.

The facilities are world class and I have spent quite a bit of time of late coming and going and I always feel safe. Not to mention the great tunes playing and I may have snuck in a chocolate bar or 2 😸
