If I had any questions the were easily covered.. after a couple of weeks, I know the unit I first had was too big so I contacted the girl in PAKENHAM and it was no trouble for her to find me a perfect sized unit, only needed one for a bedroom although it was a big bedroom and was pretty full..But the size I got was great. The map was a big confusing to work out but sure explained it to me easily and I got another unit near the lift.. The trolleys were great to use,..The hallways were nice and wide. I think the doors of the units could be grouped into areas and coloured differently, somewhat like a very large undercover carpark in a big shopping centre... They are colour coded.. I just found the storage unit doors all being same colour was just bit more confusing at to where Ur coming n going.. Obviously with pakky its too late now..lol..😁

Unit wasn’t open for our use
Everything was good we paid for our unit and 2 weeks later we went to put stuff in and the blue storage king lock was still on our unit.
