Very kind, helpful understanding staff. I had a unique predicament as I am in NZ but needed local Australian storage for items that I had left there since moving 10 years ago. Trying to organise from overseas was easy process and the lovely lady onsight was incredibly helpful when I arrived there to move items.

Staff are great
Staff are great, great service and very hospitable and friendly.
The star that is only missing is availability hours, I would recommend being 24 hour access would have given 5 stars.

Not clean or tidy!
Outsides of buildings have lots of cobwebs showing; concrete pads have weeds in cracks; inside of my shed was not very clean.

enquiring about storage sheds
I was at the office enquiring about storage sheds and been shown around the possiblities of small/medium ones and to make it a package, a bigger one came up last minute as i was storing my whole house in the shed and really wanted our belongings to be all in one. So saves me having separate medium ones i was happy to take the larger one and got all my belongings into one area. Also happy with the security of it as well and can enter anytime during the required hours.
