Customer service
I came to storage king from Storage choice.
their premises were filthy, limited access. Roller door had broken so no security.
I was greeted by Jonny; I found his customer service to be outstanding.
He could tell I was stressed and put me at ease with my move. I found the premises to be very clean and easy to access.
I am in customer service and a business is only as good as the people that run it for you.
If all your staff are like Johnny, your business will always exceed.
