Kings of Customer Service
Storage King Thomastown definitely go the extra mile in customer service. They were super flexible, super knowledgeable and offered really practical advice.
We had never used a self storage service before, but these guys really guided us through the process.

Fantastic support from Storage King Thomastown, I highly recommend them. The team always lets me know if there is any pertinent information or updates about my storage unit, and have been really helpful in sorting out small issues/questions. I really cannot fault them and sincerely appreciate the great service I've received from Karen and Daniel.

Great facilities and helpful staff
Friendly helpful staff. Lockers clean, easily accessible. Trolleys readily available. Hiccup with gate entry after hours was easily resolved using after hours phone number. Very happy with facilities and service

I been with storage king tbomastown for 2 years the lady at the desk does not like me i have ask to speak to the manage as they keep putting my bill up and they havent called me i called and asked when will i get a call and they put my bill up again i suffer from anxiety and explain that to the lady and now she is purposly giving me anxiety worst experience

Not bad but better options out there
Was given conflicting information about closing hours and consequences of not exiting the premises after 9pm.
Often difficult to find a flat bed trolley.
Found better places with 24 hour access and promotions for new customers

Great service, poor lift access for tall items.
Great service however disappointed that staff didn’t advise us of the height limit in the lift when we were explicit in outlining all specs for our storage requirements.
Luckily we had man power to help lug furniture up the staircase or else we would have been in a lot of trouble.
