& I went there 2 times after hours & couldn't get access & after I went InPerson in the office & tell them the issues but still couldn't fixe it...

extremally easy to book storage space
Very helpful, easy to communicate with, they call you back to ensure everything has gone ok, even though I booked the space on line. The assistant at the the office was very helpful and polite.

Because we agree to store my stuff and to put my container for loading but all of a sudden someone told me in the street that we are not allowed to load from storage king anymkre. I don't know the reason but is not appropriate. You should allow everyone who has a store their stuff to load them before you put your restriction. You make me to spend another $150 for a place to put my container and that wasn't the agreement. I am also paying for my storage.
