Close to home; quality and security in storage. Great staff.

People are still important in these days of on-line, no-contact dealings - and the staff at Storage King Yarrabilba are excellent, especially Holly who manages the office. Vivacious and friendly but well informed on all details, and keeping all promises to inform us of progress during our house move.

I was given the wrong size storage unit.
Management & staff are lovely but being given the wrong size caused me drama's.
Complex - clean & safe

Staff were really helpful. I think the only thing I could say is be a little more up front right from the start about hidden costs such as cleaning fees,which I totally get once it was explained a bit later. Other than that you were really nice to deal with. HAPPY NEW YEARS🎇..Cathy& Shane

What a great addition to the team over at storage king Yarrabilba. Our experience and rating comes from the hard work and dedication and active engagement with the people walking through the front door.
We are so glad we had them to help us.

Our first time needing a storage facility so we went with this company for their services and left feeling like family.

They stayed back after their work shifts had ended to help my pregnant wife and I finish loading a storage locker after having a terrible experience with our removalist on the day. Nothing was going well for us on the day and they never left our sides.

They were nothing short of amazing human beings who restored our faith in knowing exceptional people still exist in this modern world and not just after money. We will never forget how well we got treated over there.

They Honestly helped in every way possible. They made sure they gave us the best possible prices for what we needed on a tough day and made it so easy that when we required another locker we were able to secure one and continue working right away.

A van was also provided on-site that was accessible also that was offered to us to use for moving more things we needed to go and get from our home.

This review we are making comes from a hardworking family, who is truly giving fellow members who might be moving some real insight into our experience, and If you want a really good place to secure your stuff and to have confidence with the staff that they will look after you, Then look no further. That's a genuine statement.

Big props to these 2 individuals who looked after us from start to end. we couldn't have done it without use so effortlessly.

Will definitely use again.

Lovely service

The service supplied is excellent and the choice of unit size is also good.
The only criticism is that on the sheds we are using the scecurity posts are rather close to the gate. So close that in one instance I had the gate open along the front of my car. This should be looked into.
