Ok, not outstanding
Ok, not outstanding.
There is limited space to get a loaded vehicle in and out of this storage space. My initial interaction with a staff member was them seeing me arrive at 4:59pm, then as I got out of the car walking over to lock the doors and turn off the lights - this after I'd left work early to do the paperwork prior to moving in to my unit. When I challenged to young man he said it was 5pm and he wasn't staying back to help me.

Overall am happy with Storage King…
Overall am happy with Storage King Yarraville. The office staff i feel are quite unorganised at times and there doesn't seem to be adequate communication between staff members changing shifts. 2nd elevator at premises has been broken now for the last 2 weeks.

Priyal in the office was amazing and so incredibly helpful - absolutely recommend talking to him direct rather than the national help line! He was able to answer all my questions, gave me the best deal available and saved me time and effort on my move in and out!

Great service, excellent facilities, very happy
From the moment I went to check out the facility, their customer service has been excellent. Priyal, the manager of my facility, has been awesome. Nothing is too much trouble, always helpful and cheerful and is the main reason why I chose this place over rivals in the area, as well as the provision of their truck for free for load-in. The facility itself is brand new by the looks of it and I'm really happy with the design and access of the whole building. The only small thing is I'd like it to be 24/7 but then, the lockout between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am will force me to be more organised and get a life.

The customer service and storage facility in Yarraville is exceptional. I could not be more happy with how I was looked after moving all my belongings during COVID, they took the stress out of my move in an already stressful time.
