Get out of this website!

My situation was this:
I signed up for a trial in October 2021. Paid $10. Service was confusing so I canceled.
My account showed as "Deactivate", but I received an Email in February that they couldn't charge my credit card (thank God). When I accessed my Profile I also could see attached invoices programmed for the rest of the year.
I proceed to find the way to stop the payment requiring process. I couldn't do anything from the website. So it says you need to call to cancel. I called during business hours for two days and always got the voicemail but it always is full (you can try it yourself +1 800 353 8417) I sent Emails and nobody answered. I checked forums then I realized that I wasn't the only one. Then I reported to the government, to the Business Bureau . THEN they emailed back and apologized. I saved myself but other people didn't have much luck. They did try to charge my credit card in February, 3 or 4 month after my cancellation. They don't want you to cancel the service and they try to charge you money even though you are out. They don't let you erase your credit card information when you access your profile, you can only "update" but not delete.

There is no way to cancel

There is no way to cancel. The phone number they tell you to call says to leave your name and contact info but then the recording says the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. I successfully have disputed the charges several times but still the charges continue. They are scammers and thieves.

SCAMMERS…

I cant cancel my subscription and they charge my credit card re look relentlessly and I purposely don't leave enough on my debit card for them to take. It's been 6 months that I have tried to contact someone to cancel my subscription. This company is a joke and I have reported them to several companies and lawyers about their fraudralent website.

They will not let you cancel you can write email after email. If you call they never answer. I got this site from a youtuber I wish I know which one I would tell him to stop promoting them. We all need to go to the BBB to do something about this.

I would have previously have given them…

I would have previously have given them at least three stars for convince of phone numbers in a row for self verification, if not for accurate times and dates; for the last several months they have not answered their phones, or called back from messages, and most of the time their message machine is full. I canceled my account months ago “over voice mail” and didn’t think to check, yes I am someone who balances the checkbook bi-annually, I would see the $$ come out but it came out a couple times with Argsales and I thought it was something, so I just called PayPal and stopped all transactions with this company. What has been occurring is my email/password is not working, and when you ask for a reset they never send it, so apparently customer service is not working, but they always charge me, so apparently the billing department is alive and well!!!

If you choose to try them I suggest using a credit card not PayPal or similar, as PayPal won’t help you if they have already charged you for service they haven’t provided or file a claim for non-service, they will only stop future payments. I contacted them this month on the day I was charged, aprox. Three minutes after and asked for a reversal of at least this months and was told they couldn’t do anything but stop future. Next stop is my banks customer service then the better business bureau.

User beware of the money suck without service!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! They will NOT cancel your trial. I had to dispute it with my bank. They told me to contact SUAL first. Their number just goes straight to a recording telling you their mailbox is full. You will never get a response from the email listed on their website. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one reissued to stop the monthly billing. DO NOT give them your info.

Signed up for the free trial

Signed up for the free trial, tried to cancel 2 days before the trial ended. Couldn’t. Called the number provided and it was a joke. Either the phone would ring once or twice and go to vm or just straight to voicemail. No options she tells you to leave a message so that you don’t have to wait on hold. Never received a call back. Have emailed them as well. Looked up their address in Reno NV. And I’m pretty sure it’s a front. There’s nothing to do with a storage company. There’s a hair salon and a yoga business within the building. Also the information given below as a possible address is incorrect as well. It’s actually a restaurant called Rhubarb in Asheville NC. I was just charged $42 which I am contending with my bank. I suggest changing your payment information on the site to a pre paid card that has $1.00 on it so they cannot keep charging you and so you don’t have to change your normal card number. I also wrote an email to GO DADDY letting them know what kind of business they are supporting. They are a website hosting provider and they cover SUAL. I suggest you do that as well. And or contact your Better Business Bureau and fill out your complaint about SUAL. If you’re looking for a storage unit website check out STORAGETREASURES.COM. ITS FREE. Gives you everything you need. I have no complaints with them.

Tried contacting this company multiple times by the contact page on their website, as well as by phone. The list was garbage attempted to cancel before the trial period with no luck, this is now 3 months later and I'm still being charged, even after calling the number my credit card company provides for this fraudulent merchant. There's no contract this is all out theft, my next course of action will unfortunately have to be with law enforcement or an attorney.

UNRELIABLE!!!

UNRELIABLE!!!

So far every auction I've tried to attend has had the wrong time, date, or didn't even exist! Definitely call the facility several days before the auction and verify the details; the site is extremely unreliable.
