Ordered 3 items. Two were cancelled by store after 12 days. The remaining item is still not delivered after 22 days - it took 17 days to go from creating a label to shipping the item. Never again!

Good game but lags too much and its not my wifi

When im playing seasons online with a friend, we always compete against real madrid, its fun for a couple of games, but everyone chooses real madrid because its too overpowerd. We have had this problem for over half a year now. But they decide to do nothing with it. Fifa thank you for waisting my money. Make your game great again next year.

Worst game in history. Even sh!t us better. I would rather die than play this game.Its just about gambling.

Writing another review as I still have not received my refund. Mind you the wrong item was sent. I returned it, it was received January 21. At this point this is theft. I received a notification stating that I would receive my refund in 5-10 business days. Its been well over that and I have not gotten anything. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM ANY FIFA SHOP ITS A MASSIVE SCAM.

My boyfriend’s shit on this game, he keeps on getting beat.

Discriminating against disabled people. They said they have accessibility tickets but they don’t, you contact accessibility team and they just send you links to ticket master. I have asked several times how to lodge a complaint and I’m just ignored.

I would give zero stars if it was an option and also wishing I had read reviews on here before ordering. I ordered a jersey for my kid in October as a christmas gift, was charged $20 for shipping. Shipping took several weeks and they sent the wrong size- too small. I have contacted them at least 10 times to exchange/return/refund and everytime get a "we are forwarding your email to the department that can assist you with this" and then CRICKETS. I've tried calling but can't get to a human being, their "chat" option deadends and you can't get a human, and I'm pretty sure emails are also answered by bots. I'm beyond frustrated. I have NEVER spent $100 on a TSHIRT for my child and this was their "big gift." This company is a total scam, only you can't tell because they charge a lot for their inventory and a lot to ship. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a Matildas jersey as a Christmas present. Jersey sent from Panama - but was for the Dutch women's team. They have at least acknowledged that it needs to be returned/refunded though have "system" issues with generating the return label. They want an identity document to create one (I've never needed an identity document to order or post anything in my life so not about to start now). Other info they have already.
0.5 star for sending a jersey on time, 0.5 star for getting the size right. Everything else is a shambles. Have found a Matildas jersey elsewhere (which has arrived) and have everything crossed the bank can sort this hot mess out.

How on earth can Fifa charge around £43 shipping when the football itself is a size 2 childs football at £7.99???? Who on earth is going to be so stupid as to pay that!? No wonder your footballs are all still in stock. Most footballs I've looked for on other sites are all sold out. If I were you I'd re-evaluate how much you're charging people to have their goods shipped. Ridiculous costs!

Fifa for many years now has been terrible, Online game manipulation to make sure you lose the game even though you have all the possession and shot/shot on target the opposite keeper has the game of hes life and they nick a goal in stoppage time, passes that your making going to completely the wrong players and your players out of position and slowing down suddenly, all this to basically make you spend spend spend, fifa today is just a huge un enjoyable con, 0 stars if there was such a thing.

Way too expensive.

I ordered a shirt for my employee. 10 mins after the order I was informed that the address was not correct. I wrote Fifa to change the address but they said, it's not possible. So of course the package was sent to an address where it will never arrive. Surprise Surprise. Now the package has been on it's way for 2 months and I have never received a refund. I wrote Fifa 10 times and always get a generic answer that doesn't make sense. I lost 110 EUR for nothing.

Horrible organization...how can they possibly give Canada a 6 point deduction when the team (players) had NOTHING to do with their coach spying. So it's ok to penalize the players for something that was done completely out of their control?? Makes no sense. I'd give FIFA 0 (ZERO) stars if I could. FIFA clearly has a hatred for Canada.

Worst experince ever. Order the jersy 2 times they sent wrong size every single time. When contacted them they are just sending automated emails back. Not able to talk to anyone over the phone or email. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is a coparate scam... even though it is the official fifa shop its prices do seem cheap in the checkout shipping costs triple the items in your cart in some cases not to say that taxes are not included in every product making the prices seem low and are left out till the very end ihenrently falsley advertising to the consumer

Do not buy on Fifa Store. We bought and it never arrived. We have been in contact but they say it has been received. We’ve checked this has happened to more clients. Not a sure shop.

I think the store is some sort of scam. If you contact them you get automated reply. They use ups to deliver and I never received the goods or an explanation.
