They still didn’t give me a refund. So I complained to Amazon about it. I was issued a refund April 1,2022.

Ordered the Luxury rose teddy bear for my mother on May 5th, 2020. I paid extra for lights and shipping insurance. I also paid for express shipping (7-12 days) I was told my package shipped on May 12th 2020, with a tracking number that ALWAYS told me my package “Can not be found” I tried to email the company MULTIPLE times and never heard from a real person. I was contacted by an automated “helper” that always said the same thing and never helped me. I ended up disputing the charge after finding all these reviews and being ignored when asked for a refund. I got my money back and the bank agreed it was fraud. Today, July 22nd of 2020, my mom finally got the package. It was damaged and came in pieces, and was left IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR DRIVEWAY. Also, NO LIGHTS!! Highly HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed. Never order from them.

Rip off! I’m still waiting ordered on 4/30/2020 and it’s July 10,2030 and nothing.... i have a tracking number that keeps tracking all over the states but no package. I want my damn money back!

I’m also going to report this “company” to the FTC.

This is a rip off. Ordered the bear for mothers day. It arrived today to my mothers home. It came in a white envelope not a box. The bear was smashed. The box to hold bear is made of card board that you must assemble. The lights was not with the bear. For the 80.00 dollars I paid this is complete disappointment. Got ripped off and my mother was in tears over her destroyed gift. Hope they get shut down.

This place is a scam. i am hurt by the fact that i paid extra to get a bear for my children to give to their mother on mothers day and still have not received the item. I feel robbed not only from my money but also from the experience that my children could have had. i have emailed about my item and tried to get my money back but nothing. Do not trust this site. Notice that there are others who have written about the same thing.

If I could give them no stars, I would cause that’s what they deserve. I ordered 2 rose bears for Mother’s Day on 4/29/20 and still have not received anything (it is now 6/8/20). I even chose the expedited shipping and paid the extra money but that was all for no reason. I emailed them multiple times and never got a response. Finally, I decided to let them know if I don’t hear back I will file fraud charges against them and what do you know...a damn response with some BS tracking number. This site was a waste of time and energy on top of money. STAY AWAY!

I loved my rose teddy bear!!❤️ I was getting worried why it was taking long so I emailed them to ask when it was getting here and they said some orders were behind because of Covid-19 and they said I would get it as soon as possible and couple days later it finally came in the mail!! You need to be patient and it will get here!

This store was advertised all over Facebook before Mother’s Day for gifts. I ordered from them on April 29, 2020. I paid for the fast shipping even. Have not gotten any updates that make sense. Spent over a $100 on the gift. Cannot get any reply to emails. The email they give to contact them is total bogus and does not work. Glad they are so heavily advertised and have so many decent comments and how beautiful the products are. All total BS. Glad to be scammed and ripped off at a time like this.

I ordered from them weeks ago. I still have no shipping info! This is a scam! Covid might hold up shipping, but them not even shipping it has nothing to do with a pandemic! Facebook is letting them rip people off so they are just as much responsible for not backround cheking them before letting them buy add space! They are not in the US! Replies are automated and broken english! I wish I would have read up on them before buying anything!!!

Like the other review on this site I've experienced exactly the same terrible service from these guys.

They promised delivery when I placed my order on Jan 22nd by Feb 10th. Its now 25th Feb and still no delivery.

All they do is consistently fob me off, and blame the courier (their courier!!!).

They've now had the neck to offer me 15% off my next purchase as compensation....Yeah right, like I'd ever fall for this scam again!

DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS AT ALL PLEASE.......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE!

Don’t buy from this site it’s a total scam.
I ordered an item from them that was suppose to be here from 3 to 7 days, so after a few days I emailed them to see if they had sent it and had the tracking number they said they would use to send it. But got an email back saying they were to busy and I would have to be more patient.
So long story short it’s a total scam there is no product. I’ve notified my credit card company and thought I would save someone else the pain of dealing with these people. All hey do is send you an automated email out that looks like a child age 9 had written it. So please spend your money else where and don’t waste your time and money
