This has been the worst purchase experience I've got so far. I bought the wrong size. Then I sent 7 emails to customer service but they could not even answer me the simplest question - what the return address is. How could I return it without knowing the return address? I want to make a complaint but then realize that they are in Italy. Do they even care about the US complaints?

Have serious problems. First of all, you cannot contact them in any other way than email.
When you contact by email, you get no answers. I called the various stores in town. The answer there was that it is another company that handles the online sales. How dare ac milan let different companies manage their sales, of what actually brings a lot of revenue to the club.??
Last year I ordered from the website, then there were no problems. But when you hear the shops in the city. That they are different companies, then there will be no more orders from milan's website.

I made a purchase at the AC Milan online store on 08/20/2022. In the store they informed delivery time of 4 to 5 days and that they had stock availability.
20 days I don't have any information about the delivery date and they don't respond to emails. It even looks like a fake store.

Three emails, no answers. The order was placed the 22 of may and its the 19th of august now.

No updates on status or anything.

I've been an AC Milan fan for over 30 years and recently I made multiple purchases on their official store site. On the last order, I received a faulty item and sent an email to their customer care address according to their website instructions. No response. 3 weeks later I sent another follow-up email. Still nothing. A month later I reached out to them again. Still no response. If you're happy with your purchase, great. In case there is an issue with your order, good luck.

HELP MILAN STORE !!!! I WAS MADE AN ORDER BEFORE 2 WEEK FROM MILAN STORE APP AND YOU SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL,AFTER THAT NOTHING...NO SHIPPING DELIVERY,I TRY TO SEND SOME EMAIL AND ASK WHAT ABOUT MY ORDER AND NOBODY ANWSER ME ...I SPEND 160 EUROS IN THIS ORDER AND NONE RENSPONS.. Absolute joke of a store. I spent well over €450 for 11 year old football fanatic son on 2 signed shirts, so I knew I was getting the real deal. 1 shirt arrived as described, 2nd shirt Ruud Gullit arrived damaged and all marked. I reported to the store as soon as I opened the packaging and noticed the damage and they accused me of washing a signed shirt which was going to be framed and hung on his bedroom wall. Absolute joke plus on top I had to pay €100 import fees.
I have sent pictures showing the damage and they are taking no responsibility what so ever. Unfortunately PayPal claim is having to go in. Please stay way clear and they would get minus stars from me.

Worst e-shopping ever. You pay 20€ for shipping fee (even if highly expensive, I can understand) But I returned the items since they were too small (I then paid another 20€ for shipping fees) , I asked for another size, I had no news from them but they refunded the price of the items and they refuse to pay for half the shipping fees... This horrible experience made me spend 40€... for NOTHING.
Run away from them... thieves

I ordered a personalised AC milan jersey in this AC Milan online store, but they sent me a Florentina shirt.

The worst experience ever!!!!! I ordered a jacket online and when I received it the size was too small. I returned the jacket correctly 2 months ago and I still haven't heard anything from AC Milan store. I contacted them several times by telephone and email and they promised to get back to me about my refund. I received an email from their customer service where they promised to contact me within a week. Since I never heard anything from them I chose to call the customer service centre. I got in touch with a lady and she promised to get back to me within a few days. It has been over a week now and I still haven't heard from them!!!!!! I can NOT recommend this online store to anyone! They do not keep their promises and I will NEVER use this shop again!!!!! It is a shame since it is my favorite football team.

Good Day, the quality of the watch is superb, my friend absolutely loves it, it was his 40th birthday present, however if I could suggest you seal your items better in future as when the watch was delivered it looked like it was passed about through 50 hands. I gave it a polish and it looked immaculate.

but I wanted to ask you something if you could thank you in advance. The service provided by the AC Milan shop is good.
Quick delivery and good communication.

My only issue was with an item a bought that still had the security tag on it so I had to return it.

Return cost was cover by AC Milan shop but for the item that was sent back to me, I had to pay the cost.

All the cost should had been cover by AC Milan store as it was their initial mistake that lead me to return the item.
